Thank you for your interest in HOA-Docs.com services.  The following will give you a brief outline of how this program works. 

Our prior eleven year history of working in the association industry has taught us how important long-term retention of historical documents is to the smooth operations of condominium and homeowners associations. We’re proud to be a solution to the challenges of providing easily assessable information to the homeowners of your Association

All Association documents received by the 1^st of the month are posted by the 10^th of the month.   If documents are in a PDF file format they can be emailed to:  info@hoa-docs.com. Or, send your documents to:  12530 SW Hall Blvd, Suite #150, Tigard Oregon, 97223.
